Do you generate the images for me?
Today, v1 ships with briefs + captions + smart photo suggestions from your library — you finish each post in Canva. Auto-composed designs are landing in v1.1 (next 30 days). What we're not doing: generating synthetic DALL-E-style images that look like every other AI feed. Our approach composes on-brand posts from your real photos and branded templates, so the output stays authentic. You still get a one-click "Open in Canva" escape hatch on every design.
I don't know Canva. Is this still for me?
Two options. If you've ever edited a Google Doc, you can learn Canva in a weekend — we give you a specific brief every time, so you're not designing from scratch. If you'd rather not design at all, pick the Concierge plan — we handle the design for you and deliver finished graphics straight to your calendar.
What's different about Concierge?
Same AI planning and calendar as the base plan, plus we do the design work for you. You get up to 12 custom post graphics per month, one revision round per design, 3-day turnaround, and direct email access to your designer. We import your brand assets into Canva once, then reuse them on every post so your feed stays consistent. Best fit for owners who want their feed handled without the Canva hours.
Does it actually know Milwaukee?
Yes. Summerfest, Irish Fest, Polish Fest, Mexican Fiesta, Wisconsin State Fair, Brewers home games, Bastille Days, Brady Street Festival, Locust Street Fest — all pre-loaded. When you generate a campaign, AI knows what's happening around you and times posts accordingly.
Can I cancel?
Any time. One click in the billing portal inside the app. No exit interviews, no retention flows, no waiting periods. Your account stays active through the end of the paid period.
Does LocalPost post to my accounts automatically?
Not yet — you still hit "post" yourself on Instagram, TikTok, or wherever. That's intentional for launch. Most local operators like having a final "yes" before something goes out. Auto-posting is on the roadmap as an opt-in toggle.
What happens after the trial?
Card on file gets charged $99 on day 15, then monthly. You can cancel before day 15 and won't be charged anything. You can also cancel any time after — your access runs through the current paid month.
Who's behind this?
Built by Milwaukee restaurant operators who needed this ourselves. Nothing on the market fit the way a local business actually runs social, so we built it — and made it available to other operators who want the same thing.
